Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account maintenance.
- Support the audit process by compiling necessary documentation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and file basic tax documents and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct general accounting research and assist with ad-hoc financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent analytical skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
