Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, verify receipts, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Month-End Close: Support the accounting team in preparing trial balances and adjusting entries.
- Financial Reporting: Help compile data for basic financial reports and balance sheets.
- Filing & Organization: Organize physical and digital financial documents.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We welcome candidates with zero years of experience who are willing to learn.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
