Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and basic financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- File and organize financial documents and invoices accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and use tax returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures.
