Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Support the senior accounting team during month-end and year-end close processes.
- File and organize financial documents and invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data and tax documentation.
- Conduct basic audits and review transactions for compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
