Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly close procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Support the audit process by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings under supervision.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
- Conduct basic research on tax regulations and financial best practices to support team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. (Graduates or current students welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GAAP standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
