Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
