Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct financial audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Prepare tax filings and manage regulatory reporting
- Analyze financial trends and provide strategic insights
- Lead cross-departmental budget planning cycles
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years experience
- CPA or active pursuit required
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills
- Proven experience managing accounting teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
