Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial ledgers and records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Perform data entry and maintain filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP) is a plus but not required.
