Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions nightly using SAP and Oracle systems
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Coordinate with international teams across time zones for urgent payment needs
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% audit compliance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms and payment terms
- Train night shift staff on AP workflows and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- AP certification preferred (CAPP or similar)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international vendors
