Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and financial record maintenance
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial reports and statements under supervision
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reports
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- No prior accounting experience required - training provided!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
