Responsibilities
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical financial records.
- Process payroll data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team with data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn new software quickly.
