Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation
- Prepare financial reports and expense documentation
- Manage vendor invoices and payment processing
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain organized financial records in digital filing systems
- Collaborate with team on budget tracking and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles preferred
