Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with precise reconciliation processes
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Conduct internal audits to ensure SOX and GAAP compliance
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of Nevada state tax regulations
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
