Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly

- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation

- Collaborate with CPA firms for audits and tax filings
- Train junior staff on bookkeeping best practices
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and KY tax regulations
- Attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, CPB) preferred
