Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and compliance across 15 jurisdictions
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit deductions
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Implement process improvements using provided automation tools
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation data
Qualifications
- 3+ years US multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll software
- Familiarity with FLSA, FICA, and state-specific regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
