Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes to update compliance policies
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across departments
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management
- Collaborate with legal team on regulatory filings and documentation
- Ensure adherence to AML, BSA, and other financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state banking regulations
- Certified Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (CCAML) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with compliance software and reporting tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
