Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Assist with month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Support audit preparation by organizing documentation and schedules
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company financial policies
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly (training provided)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Authorization to work in the United States
