You will work closely with our senior accounting team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budget preparation. Responsibilities
- Accounts Management: Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, under the guidance of senior staff.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting software and ERP systems.
- Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Assistance: Support the finance department with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic accounting software knowledge is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data entry and financial statements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
