Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audit schedules.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the finance sector.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (optional for remote branches).
