Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate financial records
- Identify opportunities to promote bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and banking procedures
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Assist with ATM maintenance and cash replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Texas Notary Public certification a plus
