Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance at the teller window.
- Process a high volume of daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services efficiently.
- Assist in opening new accounts and cross-selling banking products to meet sales goals.
- Balance the cash drawer daily and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to strict compliance regulations and bank security policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or Cashier is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large amounts of cash with precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
