Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory compliance standards
- Operate teller terminals and balance cash drawers daily
- Support branch operations through back-up coverage for other roles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
