Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly financial statements and general ledgers.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and reconciliation.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Support the internal audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and annual filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
