Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly to resolve discrepancies and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Prepare and manage the month-end and year-end close process for the Accounts Payable function.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical records of all financial transactions.
- Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
