Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and financial data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support the accounting team with month-end close procedures.
- Process invoices and manage expense reports.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus but not required).
- Basic computer literacy, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the finance sector.
