What You Will Do:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Support the month-end close process by verifying data integrity.
- Maintain the general ledger system and assist in audit preparations.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internships considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
