Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Process general ledger entries and ensure accuracy.
- Support the audit process by organizing financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of local and state tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of GAAP principles is a plus.
