Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial transaction processing and record keeping.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank statement analysis.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Organize and file financial documents and receipts.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- No prior accounting experience required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
