Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support the budgeting process by tracking expenses and preparing variance reports.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and software utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions.
