Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and reconciliation
- Support payroll processing and tax filing documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Contribute to internal audits and compliance checks
- Learn and apply QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial data management
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budget tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data sorting)
