Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis
- Support audit processes by compiling documentation and schedules
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management and reporting
- Contribute to budget preparation and variance analysis projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
