Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and account reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and invoice verification
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation and documentation
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
