Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices with 99% accuracy across diverse payment cycles
- Lead month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Optimize vendor relationships through strategic negotiation and dispute resolution
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for AP processes
- Mentor junior AP specialists while ensuring SLA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Automate workflows using cutting-edge accounting technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years AP experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven success in remote team collaboration
