Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transactional accuracy
- Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the accounting department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- CPA candidate or willingness to pursue certification
