Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and SEC reporting standards
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with reconciliations across 15+ accounts
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and audit procedures for multi-entity structures
- Collaborate with tax specialists to optimize tax strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior accountants while implementing process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders using advanced data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany transactions
- Deep knowledge of IFRS/GAAP standards and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process automation and financial system implementation
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
