Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support internal audits and tax preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
