Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement team to manage purchase orders
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations
