Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial report preparation
- Perform data entry in ERP systems with 99% accuracy
- Support audit preparations and documentation reviews
- Manage client billing cycles and payment collections
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax filing documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
