Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Support the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files of financial documents and records.
- Assist with basic tax preparation and compliance requirements.
- Communicate financial findings to management in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (Internship experience is highly valued).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
