Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Conduct internal audits to guarantee compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop and maintain robust financial forecasting models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation
- Implement and improve accounting systems for enhanced efficiency
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven track record of audit compliance and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
