Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Support accounts payable/receivable processing and invoice management
- Conduct data entry in accounting software with 99% accuracy
- Participate in internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with tax teams on quarterly filings and documentation
- Develop and maintain organized financial record-keeping systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and QuickBooks
- Understanding of GAAP principles and basic accounting concepts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CPA eligible) preferred but not required
