Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the accounting system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for accounts payable.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
