Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ diverse clients
- Prepare complex financial statements & compliance reports
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes
- Implement & optimize accounting workflows
- Conduct internal audits & process improvements
- Collaborate with tax & audit teams
- Mentor junior accountants & interns
- Utilize ERP systems for financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA required
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance & IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- QuickBooks Online & SAP proficiency
- Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities
- Exceptional communication & documentation skills
- Proven remote work success track record
