- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain expense records
- Conduct data entry in accounting software with strict attention to detail
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with high numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Valid Texas CPA license preferred (not required)
