Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reports
- Support tax preparation documentation for CPAs
- Handle vendor invoicing and expense tracking
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial audits
- Implement internal controls for data accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
