Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis for client projects
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax preparation and audits
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for efficient record-keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
