Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Collaborate with procurement teams on invoice discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Adhere to SOX compliance and internal controls
- Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 2 PM PT)
- Experience with remote work protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
