Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations
- Oversee 3-person AP team while implementing automation solutions for 500+ monthly transactions
- Conduct quarterly audits and resolve discrepancies with vendors/internal stakeholders
- Optimize workflows using NetSuite ERP to reduce processing time by 30%
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP-related financial reporting
- Develop vendor management protocols for 200+ active suppliers
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in accounts payable with exposure to high-volume transaction environments
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience managing AP teams of 3+ professionals
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for $100K+ transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven success implementing process improvements reducing AP cycle time
