Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support audit processes and documentation requests
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Contribute to budget tracking and variance reporting
- Adhere to GAAP compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (no experience required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas)
