Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports under senior accountant guidance
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams
Qualifications
- Recent accounting graduate or equivalent academic background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
